Reiki [re: ki] is an alternative medical treatment developed by Mikao Usui in Japan in the early 20th century. In addition to the described traditional system according to Mikao Usui, other schools have developed in the meantime, which have divided the training to Reiki teacher in other degrees and initiations or have mixed with other systems.
